Hiring Process

Initial interview         
A select number of applicants will be invited to participate in an initial phone interview upon passing the pre-screen questionnaire. During this initial conversation, you will be asked to express your interest in joining the AETC team and how your past accomplishments best suit the position.

Subsequent interviews
Should the initial phone interview indicate your accomplishments might be a match for the position, you will be invited to participate in additional interviews with team members. These interviews will be conducted in person. At this point in the process, we will contact the references provided on your application.

Criminal Background Check
Criminal background checks are conducted as a pre-employment screening process. 
In order to work for Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, candidates must be able to pass an FBI criminal history record check (CHRC) in accordance with Transportation Security Regulation, Part 1542.209 (Fingerprint-based Criminal History Records Checks).

Pre-employment Drug Testing
AETC, Inc and Clients may require pre-employment drug screenings for all new employees.
