People, people, people – retail, marketing and sales have always been the story of Shawnalea Garvin’s career.  AETC is just the culmination of those areas of experience.  After spending over 10 years at Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport as a Consulting/Operations/Retail Manager, a natural progression was to focus on how to better serve her clients/business owners/friends in the area of staffing, customer service training and personal development “Someone has to help “mentor” the young persons of today”.  As a result, Shawnalea’s aspiration is to give back a little of what she’d learned from being in management for over 25 years at JC Penney, Clothworld, Parisians and CA1 Services.  Training is her tool, connecting through self-development is her gift. email Shawnalea Garvin
